About

Celebrate 25 Years of Holiday Tradition with To Mister Scrooge!

Join us on Sunday, December 8, 2024, for a special event honoring 25 years of A Christmas Carol at Open Stage! This celebration not only pays tribute to the production’s legacy and Nicholas Hughes—who has portrayed Ebenezer Scrooge every year since its inception and will take his final bow in the role this season—but also salutes all current and past cast and crew members, our cherished alumni, who have made this tradition possible.

The evening begins with a festive VIP Reception at 5:00 PM at Open Stage, followed by the Presentation & Celebration at 6:30 PM at the Whitaker Center. The event will feature performances, stories, and memories from the last 25 years, highlighting the incredible community that brought this production to life.

Each event is ticketed, so please reserve your tickets in advance.

Join us as we celebrate the spirit of community, honor the artists and alumni who made it all happen, and bid a heartfelt farewell to Nicholas Hughes in his final season as Scrooge.
